Just bought an epson T30 for sublimation I have install the CISS but the printing is not that sharp. Do i have to install an ICC profile? if yes any idea where from? How do i set up?

yes. your printer dont know how to mix colors and how much of them to put on paper to create shades etc...

i dont think you can find icc for this printer as i dont think its supported by any one. custom made is your option here.
