Hi, I have a problem with my Epson r2000, I have configured my project DTG in ROLL mode, but not set on paper so, I well as the sensors, I get red lights, very grateful if you give me a link to tutorial or a response

Did you ever figure this out? I have the same issue.
Rolled so I could not, if achieved in sheet mode, here's a video of how to achieve jump red lights
