Unless you print constantly and consistently...you should use cartridges.Ok, where do you buy your sublimation ink? I've heard Cobra is good, any other good ones? I posted a couple of addresses in my last post and I think they got it deleted so I'm not doing that again. CIS or refillable cartridges? I'm just starting, have a Ricoh 3110 that doesn't work (yellow fails print test every time) so thinking of Epson 7720. Is the scan feature worth the $50? I was thinking I could scan designs into Coreldraw and then print out the finished product on the same machine. Thanks.
The 2 minutes it takes to refill all the cartridges is better then the 5-10 minutes you will spend messing with the CIS on one of these printers.
CIS is for people who's printers are printing ALL THE TIME. Even then in a lot of cases it would still be better to work with cartridges.
The 7720 is a nice printer. Scanner is useful if your going to scan and dont have one already. Cobra ink is what a large portion of the people on this forum use.
