I hope this is in the right area... My wife has been doing vinyl heat transfers for a while. We picked up a basic 16" x 20" heat press and it has been working fine for that.
We just got an inkjet printer and are looking at doing some inkjet heat transfer shirts. Everything I keep reading is saying to press inkjet at 375-380 F.
Problem is: Our heat press only goes up to 250 F.
Question: Do I need a new heat press, or will this one work?
Our first couple of test cases didn't come out too great, but I think it's because we were pressing kid shirts and the seams were interfering. I've ordered some press pads to help with this issue.
Any other helpful advice? Lol, thanks in advance!
