ink that comes with CISS, is it good?

There are ciss systems that come with ink for my Epson 1400, should i purchase it, im not sure if if is good ink, im running out of ink and i need more, any suggestions. what about refillable claria ink in bulk, any suggestions on the best place to get them?

Where is the CISS you are referring to? if it is on eBay pass it on. I buy my ink and CISS at inkjetcarts.us.
Many other people here buy them from inkrepublic, inksupply
and some other companies I don't remember.
