I have ink sprayed all inside the back right of the mp5 printer, most likely from the waste bottle, which isn't full!

Anybody know why this happens? Where did it come from? Best way to clean it up?

Hello,

That is probably caused by too much ink in your waste tank and/or excessive running of the maintenance pump.

The pump running causes bubbles in the waste ink and if you are purging ink or fill lines causing the pump to run the bubbles build up causing that.

We have recently come out with a new relief tank for the waste container that eliminates bubbles (spray)
You can call tech support at 877-646-0999 to have them send you one free of charge. We will also be sending a notification to every owner to get these out.
