I am having two issues that I’m struggling to solve:

1) my ink is starting to smear and I thought it was to much squeegee pressure or too much ink but I’m not entirely sure.
2) when printing youth shirts I’m getting an outline of the pallet.

I print on a Workhorse Automatic... I can post a picture if I can figure out how.

Too much pressure can cause ink smearing around the edges. Pallet outlines can become more prominent when the pallets are too hot, flashing too long, and too much pressure if the squeegee is But it could also be other things. Picture would absolutely help. What color ink? What kind of shirt? mesh count?. Give me those details and post a pic and I'll be able to tell you what's happening.

Looks like the dark green is smearing when printed over the light green. Is the light green definitely cured as if it's wet that could cause the ink to have smeared edges
