We just got Wilflex Series 1 ink and didn't know how thick it would be. We have an order that needs to get out and we are doing Gold on Purple and Purple on Gold. We called our sales rep because we are not getting good coverage even with print-flash-print. He advised to add 10% reducer/thinner. The screen now floods better but the coverage isn't any better. We are using 110 mesh, it is a single color design and a 70 durometer squeegee. I don't feel that we should have to flash white. Have also tried 2 prints-flash-2prints. Instead of nice smooth coverage we can see the background and a lot of little fibers poking through. Oh, and these are mostly 50/50 shirts Hanes and Gildan brands, some 100% cotton shirts also, same brands.
Thanks for any help.
