What is your process now? What mesh count?

Depending on what you are doing now, you might try:
- A dry stroke after your wet stroke to make sure the screen is clear before raising it
- A higher mesh-count screen and print-flash-print
- Stir, warm, and reduce ink
Im using a 160 mesh screen. I do a flood, print, flash and print again.

This looks like your leaving too much ink in the screen (after print).. once you have the initial base laid and the fibers down make sure your second pass "after the flash", that all the ink is evacuated from the screen. looks to me like you're "pulling" the ink out of the screen instead of laying the ink down. After your stroke there should be no ink left in the mesh.
