I have an AnaJet Sprint that has been one challenge after another. Currently my printing head is spitting an unusual amount of ink into the left dip pad while it goes through a head cleaning. It could also be doing this during Auto Maintenance. Does anyone know what might be the issue? I'm seeing a mix of both white and CMYK ink.
I have also been experiencing a great deal of head clogging on the white side, which may or may not be related. I understand clogging is fairly common but it shouldn't be occurring after every other print. To give more insight, humidity is correct and cleaning both maintenance station, wiper and print head area is done daily. Any input would be greatly appreciated especially regarding the spitting ink into pad issue.
