I am getting ready to do 1200 black shirts with Red and White writing. I am looking for the best ink that I can use without flashing...if possible, but still get the pop off the shirt.

Any suggestions on ink...or am I going to have to flash.

Do it the right way. Print White with underlay flash white again, flash then red. Why do it any other way unless using discharge then just a super white discharge and then red wet on wet.

I wouldn't even think of attempting this run without a flash. No single plastisol ink without a flash will give you as good results. Discharge possibly, but is not very easy to work with.

You will need a white UB and a flash to print anything on black.

Heh fella print/flash/print it will save you a complete nightmare
