We bought a Fast T-Jet 2 last year and haven't been able to use it due to the shipping company shipped on its side and made not level. I have since leveled the bed and when putting ink back in the line with the syringe the ink flows back to the bottle and doesn't stay in the line. Can anyone tell me how we can fix this please?

You need to raise the bottle higher. The level of the ink needs to be
the same height as the print head.

We currently have the ink tray as high as it can go and it still flows back to the ink bottles. Any other suggestions?
If the ink bottle is lower than the print head it will need to go higher.
I had a T-JET 1 for 10 years and if very similar to the T-JET 2 and
the ink bottle height to the print head was the only problem the seemed
to cause this.
