Ink down the sides of my print

Good evening, We are new to DTG. When we print an image there is what looks to be like black ink around the image. It is never consistent on where the marks are. Can anyone give advise on what we are doing wrong.
Is this happening with several different jobs with different artwork or with just one artwork?
