Hi, I'm looking for a water-based ink to give me a color close to that in this image (printing on the same color shirt) sory for the size, I don't know how to resize using the forum img code.

It is hard to tell exactly what color you are trying to achieve, but one option would be discharge, depending on the garment color it may work without pigment.
Even if you needed pigment, I doubt it would take much, maybe a bit of white for tint and bit of yellow or green.
