Our Neoflex just been charged 3 days ago and since then I am experiencing problem with the ink cartridges ( every day a different cartridge). I was able to resolve my problem until now. It is telling me to set yellow ink cartridge. I tried to reset it with the chip resetter many times still dosn't recognize it. I am unable to print or perform any cleaning. Does anyone has any idea what to do?

3.5 months later charged ink?
It can be chip failure. Take one chip out from Extra carts and place it VERY carefully.

Thanks for your help. I changed the chip and it works now, but I got a load paper message. I think because I was pushing button on printer. I tried to turn the printer on and off and I still getting same message.
