Hi everybody masters & amateurs.
I new at this and i`m doing almost two months of training before i start for good.
Here is my problem:
i have a graph from one side to another on my screen i try to print it with plastisol and then with waterbased (dark shirt , white ink)
and i am always on the same problem on the right side the ink is stays upon the screen and it doesnt print on the shirt (a part of it)
second step i clean my screen up, and after a good flood i have the same result.
sometime the effect is on the left side ....
what i do wrong

If it is sometimes happening on one side, and then the other, my first guess would be an uneven squeegee stroke.

Is your squeegee long enough to cover the entire design? Are you applying even pressure with both arms? What angle are you holding the squeegee?

there could be a few things that are causing this problem. first it could be an uneven stroke with uneven down pressure, and it also could be that your screen is not level to the tshirt which is causing you to have to press harder on one side of the screen than the other to get the ink down on the shirt. make sure that when you put the screen in the clap it is square to the shirt board
