Hi to all:
I am a screen printer located in The State of Kansas U.S.A.
My wife and I will be traveling between Bangkok and Singapore by train from May 10 to May 14th, 2012. We have some questions regarding hotels in Kuala Lumpur and Penang. We would appreciate any info you might give us regarding some hotels that we might stay at during our time in these two cities that would be located in an area that would give us good access to the sites in these cities.
We are also needing info on getting train tickets from each city to the next with our final stop in Singapore. One major question we have is if the language barrier will create any issues with us being able to purchase train tickets at the various stations for our next destination. Will we have any problems with seats not being available without advanced reservations?

Hello.

Sorry I couldn't give you any answer regarding the hotels in malaysia. I'm from singapore and fret not you could easily get around in our small city via our public transport(smrt, bus or taxis). Most of us speak english. You can get a tourist prepaid travel card(or ezlink) for about 20-30usd?
