I am searching for a place to buy infants/toddlers/children's blanks for embroidery and applique.

I've been ordering Rabbit Skins from Trendy Blanks and they are ok. I love the color selection but the shirts leave something to be desired.

I have a wholesale acct set up with American Apparel, but I need to buy a variety of color and sizes in small volume with out paying $6 per shirt.

Anyone know where I can get what I'm looking for?

Yeah try the precious cargo brand over at San Mar. I'm not sure of the quality, but the price seems good and there's many styles to choose from.

Thanks for the kiddykats link - I applied for an account there - they have an excellent color selection. I believe monag has the same restrictions that AA does with the minimums.
