Where is the best place to get 4 color screen printed, not iron on, transfers when you only need a couple of them? Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

The words 4 color, inexpensive, and only a few, don't go well together.

F&M Expressions Unlimited- Custom Screen Printed Heat Transfers has a minimum of 8. Their price list is on their site and depends on the size you need.

I don't think you will find a inexpensive four color custom design. The bulk of the expense is in the set up(screen charge for each color,etc.). Then each color has to be screened and dried. There is a lot of work and this all adds to the cost. .... JB
