Hi Guys,

I have a job to do with 100 individual names onto poloshirts.

Is there any shortcut to this? I am using Wilcom ES-65

Separate the shirts into size groups. Setup files stacking the names on top of each other with a color separation between the names (about a dozen or so names per file). Run two heads, hoop while sewing on head one, the color change will stop the machine, turn off head #1, turn on head #2 load, sew, repeat.

Easier still is to use the "Team Names" function. If you want you can create a separate file for each size shirt or just one file for all shirts going from small to XXL. Doing the latter you just need to be careful about using the correct size shirt for the name. When using Team Names, Wilcom will insert a stop after you finish a name and you then remove the shirt and put the next one on the machine and press the start button and the machine sews the next name.
