Hello,

One day I have perfect nozzles after starting a machine (maybe do couple of head cleanings first) and I am good to print. But the next day I can struggle to get all of the nozzles visible but even if I get them back they might start dissapearing after 3-10 prints.

Since the nozzles migrate between perfcet nozzle check and somehwat poor nozzle check it cannot be the printhead issue.

So it should be either ink supply unit (or dampers) ,capping station maybe cartidges.

Could I get an advice how to solve this inconsistent nozzle check?

Note:

New printhead installed 7months ago
New capping station installed 7months ago

New ink supply unit installed 3 months ago
New ink cartridges ( partial change) 3months ago

Hello,

remember to keep ink levels as high as possible (1 cm below the max line) and at the same level for each cartridge. I noticed that printing this way is more consistent. Also agitating the ink is important, but I think that was told for milion times ;)

What inks are you using? Power Inks? And how much do you print on daily basis?

You can try to install the second set of cartridges filled with cleaning solution and then fill the system with it. Print A3 CMYK color cart for all day and see if situation is any better (I tried this when I had problems with misfiring nozzles - you can check my topic - and it did nothing at all)

Looks like ink starvation issue.
For peace of mind:
1. A thorough flush is required once a month. Ink lines, dampers, and print-head.

2. White inks must be flushed once a week.

Also test your dampers for good seal regularly.

The same applies for any other component. Do NOT assume... Test it.

TABOB, you flush your white ink every week? Even if you don't flush out the colors they still are wasting during filling the white lines with cleaning solution (there is no way to load selected channells). And if so, do you still make any income?:D

And another thing is that disconnecting printhead from dampers it's not very healthy for the printhead and dampers (I recommend doing it only in case of emergency) so I wouldn't advise anybody to "check" if the o-rings are good on regular basis.
