I just orderded some zebra striped vinyl from Imprintables. I was wondering who else has used this stuff , any comments or tips. Also if you have had any customer comments as far as long term quality. I will be using this with Thermo flex plus I will be applying that first and then covering with teflon to apply zebra print.

Thanks
Curtis

I haven't used the zebra stripped but I've used camo, snake skin and leopard and it worked just fine. Can't remember the settings I used to apply it but I don't think it was much different than any other type of HTM. As far as quality over time, no fading, no cracking. I wear something with those prints at least once a week for the last 6 months and they still look good.

Would you guys please elaborate what your talking about. What effect your trying to achieve. What exactly is the process your going through to get this effect. It sounds like to me, you pressed a vinyl on something and then pressed a zebra, camo, snake skin, leopard skin design over it. Doesn't sound logical to me so I ask you to elaborate, please. Thank you and good luck.
Terry

The material is opaque solutions that has been printed with a certain pattern over the entire roll I believe. The solutions material is the best out there and has been working great on all of the materials we have used it on here in our shop. You heat press at 305 degrees for 10 seconds and peel hot.

Re: Imprintables printed heat applied vinyl - BLEED THROUGH

I work at a company that does a lot of heat sealing emblems on baseball and softball. Typically, we use solid colors from Stahls but recently came across the Imprintables Zebra pattern material. The time is significantly different - 15 seconds, which is pretty long. We've experienced jersey color bleed-through with both orders we used this material with. I don't think the jerseys can handle such a long hit, and was wondering if there are any other products that have a shorter hit time. I don't want to discontinue this option to our customers, due to bleed - but I think it might be inevitable. Much help is appreciated!
