I have a gentleman offering to sell his TJet2 with white ink capability purchased in Dec 2011 to me for $4000. I am going to look at it tonight and have a test print on black shirt to verify it works for what I need to do.

I feel this is a good price, but what else should I look for. All manuals, inks, software etc come with it.

It seems Epson will no longer make the print head for the 2200 which the T-Jet is based off after this year. You should do some research on this first.

Too late . Got it about 3 weeks ago and have been using it since. Local repair center has heads and all the parts. For now it is serving the purpose until I can decide if I want to replace it.
