Hello all, I'm new to the forum.
We've been doing this for many years but this is a new one for me.
Just bought some new aluminum frames, 160 mesh, and we're experiencing image stretch.
Film seps reg to each other just fine but the image on two of the screens is larger than the film positive. Seems skewed in different directions.
Anyone have any experience with this?
thanks mucho,
Brian

is it possible that the film positives weren't pressed against the screen during the exposure process?? that's all I can think of if your films line up.

I would never do 4cp on new screens. After they have been used a few times the mesh will stabilize then work better. And as Scott mentioned, if you do not have good contact between film and screen (ideally a vacuum unit), images will be distorted. God Bless.
