Thats a question that you need to ask your outsourcer about as they can tweak the colours before printing and should know what their limitations are for their machine.

ok, if that happened in our shop, the first thing I would be doing is editing the image in Photoshop and removing some red from the highlights (using color balance), or selective color remove red from yellows (there are many different ways to do these so use whatever works for you). It may be something you could do before you give them the print files as you know how it "should" look.Thanks for that. However, it is they themselves that are having the trouble.
