I think the better question is do you just like the artwork on the t-shirt or are you concerned with how the t-shirt feels? The artwork can be generated in several ways, sublimation, heat transfer, DTG, screen printing. But each will give a different "hand" or feel. There's a good e-book I found that talks about DTG printing and other t-shirt making processes. You can find it here.

Any way you can email me that pdf? my acrobat hets an error and wont enable me to read the page. I'm more interested in the feel of the clothing than the look of the graphic in question. I like the "soft" feel that has been described of DTG. The most important thing to me though, i guess you could say, is the size of the print. I would like it to "fill" the whole shirt. The life of the shirt(graphic) is also extremely important.
Any help would be extremely appreciated especially references for vendors.
Thanks in advance.

With regards to the feel of 100% polyester fabric - yes, traditionally, it used to be smooth and a bit shiny, but modern polyesters could mimic the look and feel of natural fabrics very well. There are 100% polyester garments that look and feel like cotton, as well as polyester canvas and fabrics that look just like linen.
