Illustrator to Accurip... Im about to lose my mind

I have created a couple of files to get ready to print. Send them and the wrong art prints.. WTH??? I have closed, updated, restarted and even pulled up an old file and it is printing the same wrong file. Not sure if it is Illustrator CS6 or Accurip. My spot colors are on, my process colors are off... Im at a loss. Does anyone have a clue???
