here's my guess...
Saloon
Saloon Font | dafont.com
Marker Felt for "bleed"
MarkerFelt font download free (truetype)
and "Cowboy Up" was most likely custom illustrated. maybe drawn by hand and then traced in illustrator.
all of these fonts have been tweaked in illustrator and/or photoshop, too.
