Hey everyone! I'd really love to get some feedback on my new threadless design!
I Left My Heart in the City

I want to get as many opinions as possible, so please go rate it and leave a comment! Even if you think it sucks, I want to hear what you think so I can improve future designs.

Thanks in advance for your opinions!

Vida is right. Anything with a story (lame or not) will sell better that one that does not. I can look out my window right now and see sneakers hanging from the lines. Your design links it to a story. Nice.

I really like the design. It tells a story and that is very cool.

Thanks! I like to try to come up with designs that mean something beyond just looking cool.

If you guys have threadless accounts, or don't mind making one (it's free) it would really help me out if you could go here and tell leave a comment saying the nice things you said here. I really appreciate it!

Thanks!

I think it is a cute idea and actually a very good layout for a t-shirt. I am just not sure it has a message that will be popular with men. If it can get traction, I would guess it would be with women.

But, I do have to say, although my opinion is the artwork is not great material for a t-shirt, you definitely show some design skills and comprehension for what makes a good layout on your base shape that creates the canvas. It is extremely well done in concept, layout, color palette and eye focus created by line weight and placement.
