Hi, I have an ICOLOR 560, my latest issue among the numerous one is that it doesn't respond. On the Prorip software, it shows as printed but the printer doesn't respond to print. All cables are connected properly, even rebooted my laptop a couple of times

Thanks so much for responding. No error on the printer itself and nothing shows on the printer queue which is strange. Now when I take the printer cable out, it does register an error message in ProRip. I'll try to take a picture or vid tomorrow and post. Not sure how to print from a thumb drive but I'll try.
