any error on the printer itself?

can you print directly from a thumbdrive bypassing your computer and/or try a different computer?

is the printer listed in your devices manager?
could be a windoze update, try re-installing the program

maybe a firewall issue, does your rip need to be connected to the webz?

communication breakdown somewhere, try restoring to a point when everything worked (turn off all windoze updates, a dedicated laptop w/o internet connection is always a good option)
