This looks (and the settings are identical) to some paper I'd used several years ago --- sold private label at the time, can't remember the name of it. It DID hold up fantastically well - I still have a couple shirts I'd test printed that have been washed repeatedly with no issue. The shirts themselves are actually wearing out but the print is still bright and vibrant with no peeling and minimal cracking)

That all said, it was also, as this is (speaking of the iColor Premium paper) fantastically expensive.

And I still own a laminator that I used for the marry process .... which is a PITA to deal with from both simply a time and effort perspective.

The ability to press at only 250 degrees - and the durability - makes it really appealing. But the price (almost $4 for A4) made it (makes it) impossible for me to make it work financially.

(Further credibility that this is the same paper as I'd used is the fact that the premium is not available in tabloid).

Even if the paper and ink is $10/shirt, I think I could make that work for a particular market. Using the tabloid size paper, I can get a small left chest and a large back on 1 piece of paper, that's a $25 shirt for the particular market I am looking at this as an option for.

I got an email back from iColor, rep is out of town for another week but said he will send me a sample printed shirt when he gets back. I will follow their wash instructions to the letter and post results when that happens.

Also wash it like a housewife would do that just toss it with the rest of laundry in cold or hot water hot or tumble dry.

I had sample swatches from GarmenPrintertInk in New York. When I saw the black was not true black and cracked with slight tug I did not even bother washing it. Because I know what will happen.

Good luck.
