Hello All. I spent 8 hours and $200 with Tech Support to have a huge messy paper weight...

Purchased a TJET3 on eBay for $4100 for printing Firefighter Association shirts and related items cause it sounded like fun and eventually profitable. Boy was I in for a shock when we de-palletized a robot modified Epson InkJet Printer. Not giving up hope yet just a tad frustrated...

Understandable.....the T3 wasn't the best printer when it was brand new, but there are folks using them and having success. So.....what are your issues? tell us about the machine and the problems your having we'll try to help you get through the problems.

Can't get a drop of ink to print. Assuming clogged printhead so going to start there. Had issues with chip blocks in the beginning but alcohol and repeatedly hitting the "ink" button seems to have resolved that. The printer looks like it is trying to print. Thanks for your offer to assist! Being new to this, I'm sure I will need some help and whatever I learn I will pass on.

be careful with the alcohol it tends to dry things up..

I suggest distilled water not tap and Windex (original w/ammonia)

When you purchased it did they do a print test for you??
