Alright so my first few shirts i did with jpss had small pinholes..... im using epson r280 with claria ink (5 washes on my first batch of shirts still no fading) and jpss pressing at 380 for 30 seconds...) but now my procdure is as follows.....


Lint roll!
Pre Press
Line up transfer
Press
Use a chalk board eraser to go over the backing before you peel.

then peel.
And stretch the design

so far ive done 50 shirts this way all with no pinholes

The pinholes are the fibers that are not stuck to the shirt. Your right in rolling for (lint) which are the loose fibers. I find that after the first wash, the pinholes seem to close up as the fibers rise.
