Hello I need a graphic artist from Fair Oaks, CA or somewhere in the Sacramento area. Nothing too professional just someone who can do a thing or two in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Gimp, Etc. Preferably someone with low rates. Hit me up at my email [email protected] thanks!

Any specific reason for why you are looking in that area only. I only ask because we do a lot of work for printers and design firms out that way and I'm sure we could help you out.

I agree with the other poster. I'm in Sacramento and I've used graphic artists from all around the world.

That's not something that you really need to "go local" with if you know how to communicate via email :)

Honestly that is the case with printing as well. With the USPS priority flat-rate boxes, they have made shipping pretty cheap. Heck, I just shipping a bunch of shirts for $7.50 to California, guaranteed 2 day delivery.
