I know a unhappy EZ customer.

Let start but telling you the very beginning. Last year my mother decided to start a T-shirt business, she had great plans to make it work, until she got sick before the holidays and through winter. She started feeling better and this March she diecded she wanted to restart her t-shirt business. Well she was surfing youtube and found DTG and asked me to do more research (wiz on the computer compared to her) So I did and showed her everything. Well we decided to go lease a machine through Equipment Zone. At first it seemed to go well. But things went down hill promised 3 times that it was being shipped out and nothing. Its been since the first week of April your telling me it takes that long. I understand however they needed a part to fix it. But then she called, and asked for a tracking number last week and never got one, however they said it would be here today and nothing so far. Infact they wont return emails she sent to them and she is very upset. What do you guys/gals think of EZ?
