I would say he doesn't want to deal with you, which is disappointing.

But, the other tech (Ricardo) may be able to talk you through your problem over the phone. If so..all is good.

Have you asked your question on the HAPPY forums?
They are monitored by HAPPY Staff, should get you a response fairly quick.
