I am wondering one thing.
For white ink, I guess the bagged sytem is the ultimate solution for r1900 based system.

for 4880 based system, I am wondering if the sealed and degassed cartridges working as same reliable and quality as bagged system.

When I check the site belquette,it says I have to take off cartridge (possible air exposer) and shake daily.

If not, any other solutions?

Thank you in advance.

For us, it's best to get in the habit of "see-sawing" the white ink cartridges every morning prior to printing. We don't like to shake the cartridge, as this may introduce air bubbles to the ink. The whole point is to agitate any settling that may have occured while the cartridge was idle.

If you are using a sealed cartridge, and it has been properly degassed, you should be able to shake the cartridge vigorously without an issue orintroducing any air to the cartridge. If you are using an open bulk feed system, the "see-saw" method should work fine. Just be sure that the channel that feeds ink in the cartridge is full of ink and not air.

Dice,

Unfortunately, this is the best maintenance method/ink delivery for the head moving digital garment printers based on the 4800/4880 series at this time.
