Hello, I was curious if I expose my screen inside my garage which is light safe then take it outside to my washout booth in day light will the day light affect the emulsion and not wash out correctly? Will the daylight harden the emulsion?

If you are taking the screen straight to the washout booth then the daylight shouldn't be a problem.

Water stops the emulsion exposing further, so if you are worried spray the screen with a spray bottle before taking it outside. Once outside, give it a good soaking on each side and leave for a minute or two before washing out fully.

Thank you Pat. Right after I expose the screen I will spray with water then take outside. I take the screens straight to washout booth after just always when its dark. Just didn't want the sun to ruin my screen and have to redo it. Thank you for the reply.

As Pat said, wet it down first. When your image absorbs a bit of water, it will change color; it should then be safe for the trip outside. Wet both sides!
