Hello,

I have a GO UNO printer sitting in my office for 1 month now because i cannot get it to print. I have tried to call signwarehouse for help to no avail. I got it print once on regular paper so i did not waste my transfer, but now i cant seem to get it to work.

I have Enduratrans FHC self weeding transfer paper and i am printing from a PC (windows xp). I am using the Tabloid paper. Does anyone know the proper printer settings to get this thing to print for me?

Personally I would call Okidata customer service direct. I have always had excellent service quality as they've stayed on the line with me until things were all sorted out.

That is typical with Signwarehouse. No support after sale. Try Grapics one. Maybe they will help you even though you did not purchase it from them.

As pointed out by Paradigmwg, call Okidata support. It is hard to get through but if you are patient in waiting on line you will eventually get connected.
