i am wondering what is the best material to maufactur hoodies. Are hoodies mass produced like how there are so many t shirt companies or is there a more limited market for them? I want to get hoodies like the new ones huf has,http://www.hypebeast.com/upload/2006/09/quake_hoods_2.jpg, also I like the softness of the American Apparel Hoodies but was wondering how I would put designs on those without them looking like low quality hoodies. I want the designs to look like we made the hoddies and the design was made into them. Is there a special process for hoodies? what type of quality or cloth is best? any information on hoodies will be greatly appreciated.

Thank Youuuuuuuuu

Most of the hoodies I see are a poly/cotton blend. You can find a cut and sew place to sew the fabric together for you (And maybe help you source the right fabric).

If you are looking to do an all-over print (I can't tell from the link you posted, since it goes to a 404 page on hype beast), then it would usually need to be done before the hoodie is sewn together.

I personally like the hoodies from Jerico Sportswear, but if you want to make your own, they are usually mass produced.
i cant offer any help, but keep us updated.
that Jerico Sportswear website has some nice stuff Rodney thanks ,,, and there prices are good , gona make a sample order of some stuff to see how it feels.
I can tell you that they feel great!

Jerico also does custom ones. They can mix and match colors on 1 hoodie. Contrasting drawstrings or hood. As they tell me "anythings possible with Jerico!"

I'm having some made at this very moment. I'll post a pic when they're done, if you like.
defiantly , id like to see that ....
It appears the hoodie from your link uses preprinted fabric. You will need to find that type of fabric to produce your hoodies. I would start off looking for a fabric design first and work your way up from there.
