You need is SignLab 10 (for Windows 10, 8, 7).

Try the Trial Version;
Code:
https://updater.cadlink.com/CommercialReleases/trial/SL10Trial.exe
This Program support drivers of your cutter.
What does SignLab have to do with it? The OP is asking where to get DRIVERS.

There are many more (and cheaper) options than SignLab that could be used for cutting once the drivers have been installed.

Because signlab has drivers for pretty much every plotter..which comes with the software.

Cheaper programs.... does not mean them better.

I've always been of the understanding that cutter drivers are supplied by your cutter manufacturer and that cutting software simply uses these pre-installed drivers.

Cheaper software is the sensible option if it covers everything you want to do with it. Why waste money on bells and whistles you'd never, ever use? Compare the free Gimp to Photoshop for instance. Most people into sublimation only use, or even understand how to use, a fraction of the Photoshop features, so Gimp is a viable and much less expensive option that does everything they need. Same with SignLab versus SCAL4.
