3 colors on the Columbia jacket? How expensive are they?

If it were me, I would pass for the following reasons: 1. Multiple color vinyl has major registration issues due to shrinkage from the heat press. 2. Coated fabric can cause issues with vinyl and printing staying stuck. 3. I would feel obligated to replace the jacket if something goes wrong and I'm not prepared to do that.

these are my concerns exactly..especially if i ruin the jacket...
concerns aside, can it be done? and if so advice on how to best go about it...

Water repellant may prevent the HTV adhesive to adhere on the fabric. Try pressing a small piece somewhere hidden like under the arm by the armpit. Check if it will not come off. You can remove it with 100% acetone. Do not use nail polish remover. It leaves trace on the fabric. If it does not adhere try wiping the area with acetone then press a small piece.
