Hello. I have safety rain jackets to logo. I am planning on trying Joto one- for -all vinyl.
When will I know that it doesn't work? Would this be a "right away... oh darn" or a "two weeks down the road...OH ****" thing

Most of HTV sheets are not really vinyl but polyurethane.

So it will stick just fine.

I would think that the Thermoflex Extra would be suitable. However, always best to test to make sure.

There are millions of different coatings, even polyurethane coatings behave very different. Make a test with a small drop of water like explained in the article:
