I am new to the t-shirt industry and looking for a beginners heat press machine just to start me off and build experience. I've narrowed it down to the HPN blk series 15x15 and the Transpro 15x15. I have seen previous inquiries about both machines but they all seem to be outdated and wanted to get a newer opinion.

I really like the HPN blk series, but heard customers complain about the customer service provided by the company.

While the Transpro I've heard they have great customer service but many customers have had actual hardware issues with their press.

So just summing it up, looking for new reviews and perspectives.

Hi, i see no one ever wrote back to you but what did you end up getting? I am now looking at the HPN Signature Series 15" x 15" Threadable Slide Out Drawer, hpn signature series with a threadable slide out drawer. what do u think?

The Ricoma iKonix would be comparable but it doesn't have a slide out drawer.

oh but the other one is less expensive, i kind of like the draw option but i have no idea how to work the machine so i need the easiest option. what do u think?

I end up buying the transpro 15x15 which has worked fine. When it came a wire was disconnected but when I called pro world they showed me exactly what to do to connect it. I c h oose the pro qorld only because they had better customer service. I am happy with my purchase.

I just picked up a transpro 15x15 for $137 used looks to be in excellent condition. Can you tell me if i made a good buy. Thanks in advance
