HP officejet 4255 printer not printing colors properly

Hi everyone .. A newbie here .. I am using my HP4255 officejet to print on JPSS. I am not getting the colors right ... grey is coming out pink and likewise with other colors. Is it the printer or the settings which are not right ? Can anyone guide me here? I am getting very frustrated and discouraged :(
