Is your HP ink Vivera Ink, and is it Pigment or Dye based?
There has been alot of confusion on that, until now. The answer is, the answer can vary.
Would you like to be able to look up your HP & HP Vivera ink and find out what type it is?
HP has finally made that easier to answer! Ya-hoo!
Here is a helpful link to look up your ink cart in question.
Get your cart number and click this link:
supplies & accessoriesHP Inkjet Printer Cartridges and Ink Supplies supplies - HP Small & Medium Business products
This link goes to the HP website, the page that lists their inks supplies. Follow these links to find out if your ink is pigment or dye based:
* Under "Product" - click on the product number of your cart (like HP 02 Ink Cartridge.)
* Next, under "Model" click on the cart name.
* Next, scroll down to "Print technology/print color". Look for "Ink types".
* Ink types will tell you if your HP ink is dye based or "pigment based.
Happy "discovering what your ink is".
Hopefully now it will be much, much easier to find out just what kind of ink you really have when it comes to HP & HP Vivera Inks.
Yes, even Vivera inks can be Dye based or Pigment based, it is best to look the carts up on the HP website link above, including the Vivera Black ink (can also be dye based or pigment).
