Its a three color (maybe two) job and I was wondering how you might go about it? Use the red of the jacket and make it two color? Have a solid white underbase?

If you end up doing printed vinyl for nylon you won't have to worry about the number of colors. You could do a darker red for the cardinals. Is that the graphic you want to print?

No, Id recreate it in Corel. Id rather do the vinyl. Its a much faster turn around time as the customer is needing them fairly quick.

Sorry. I misunderstood. Yes, this is the graphic I would use. I would just clean it up in Corel and make it vector.

Is your customer the St Louis Cardinals or the MLB Shop? If not I would think twice about putting that design on anything. Just my 2 cents worth.

No, its a league here. They have always used that logo and I believe they have clearance.

I finally got the jackets from the client. They are actually 100% polyester, not nylon.

You can use heat press vinyl or twill then or even screen print.
