How would this design print? I am under the impression that it might be difficult to print. I want to try and fix it before I finish all of it

EDIT: forgot to mention. I am hoping to get this screen printed.

That shouldn't be difficult at all. Probably want to use a 156 mesh or higher.

I was hoping to get it printed on black though, so would the second hit cause blurring or anything?

I was doing some research, and apparently the smallest dot that can be printed is 0.5 mm, so I'm a bit worried about the dots in this design

Printed properly should be no problem. What size are you printing that at. Since its on black what color ink white? to avoid a thick print and getting a ton of dot gain use a higher mesh Print Flash Print 205 or 272 mesh depending on the durometer squeegee I use a 70 I'd go with the 205. 60-65 I'd use the 272. Unless your printing that 1"x1" I don't see a problem
