Here's what i think

White text front
White text back
Black text front
Black text back
flash White under shrimp
magenta shrimp
yellow shrimp
black shrimp

Is there a better way of doing this? seems like way too many screens..

On the back you could use the same screen for the text just color change from white ink to black. Also combine the black shrimp and writing on the light color shirt and let the shirt show though on the black shirt. Personally I'd print the black shrimp on black because it'd look better but it might not be in the customer's budget.

Great idea about the combining black shrimp with the text on light color, but the black shirt won't get the black ink on the shrimp, and since I'm flashing white under, won't the shrimp look completely different on both shirt?

I see four screens.
Black Shirt:
White Screen: Full back and front with underbase for shrimp and text.
Red Screen
Yellow Screen.

For the White shirts use the same yellow and red screens...
Black screen: Full back and front with text and eye.

Basically you would burn the black and white screens so that when you run the back all you do is flip the screen around and tape some film over the front part.
That's the way we do it.
